Ωραία. .. Οπότε είμαστε δύο τρεις που είχαμε πάει στη συνέντευξη. .. οποίος έχει πρώτος νέα ας ενημερώσει. ..

Εγώ έχω καταλάβει το συνολικό concept ως εξής:
Θέλουν ειδικευμένους εργάτες στην Manitoba γιατί δεν είναι τόσο ελκυστική πολιτεία όσο π.χ. το Οντάριο ή η Βρετανική Κολομβία. Έχουν μια ελκυστική πολιτική μετανάστευσης. Από την άλλη, η Ελληνική κοινότητα βοηθάει όσο μπορεί αλλά πρέπει να εξασφαλίσουν με κάποιο τρόπο (και οι μεν και οι δε) ότι δεν θα πας εκεί για 2-3 χρόνια και μετά θα την κάνεις για το Τορόντο....
Απλά είναι τα πράγματα! Οπότε, αν όντως έχεις αποφασίσει να πας Μανιτόμπα (και όχι γενικά Καναδά), το θέλεις, έχεις Αγγλικά και πτυχίο ή άλλο εξειδικευμένο επάγγελμα, τότε η Ελληνική Κοινότητα θα σε βοηθήσει παρέχοντας την "φιλική ή συγγενική" υποστήριξη, το οποίο δεν είναι και λίγο!!!

Dear compatriots,



We are replying back to you because you expressed interest in immigrating to Manitoba Canada. The Hellenic Immigrant Initiative Committee (HIIC) and the staff from the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) came to Athens on June 8,2013 for an Overseas Recruitment.



If you received an interview in Athens in June 2013, you should be receiving a reply from the MPNP to let you know if you were successful, and with further instructions.



If you were not successful, you may continue to pursue the immigration process through the HIIC. If you were at the Athens Recruitment Fair, and were not successful, re-send us your information as listed below.



If you did not receive an interview in June, please forward the information listed below.



There are several ways to apply to immigrate to Manitoba and Canada. Even if you don’t qualify for a Recruitment Mission or an Exploratory Visit, we will review your information, and will advise you of what steps to take next. Manitoba is interested in all levels and types of skilled workers.



Please read the HIIC Letter to Greek Nationals attached with this email. It explains and defines several details regarding the MPNP process.



If you wish to be considered for immigration to Manitoba please send the following:



1. HIIC Form completed in English

2. Copy of Greek/Hellas Passport

3. Resume/CV in English

4. Education certificate/diploma/degree translated into English

5. English Proficiency

6. MPNP Self-Assessment Points Worksheet

Μόλις έλαβα θετική απάντηση από MPNP. Γραφουν οτι αφου εξετάστηκαν τα προσόντα μου και τα οσα ειπα στην συνέντευξη του Ιουνίου, με προσκαλούν να κανω αίτηση στο SKILLED WORKERS OVERSEAS το αργοτερο μεχρι 1η Νοε και να συμπεριλάβω την πρόσκληση αυτη καθώς και IELTS Results... Το κακο ειναι οτι εχω κανονίσει για εξετασεις IELTS 7 Νοε... Τρεχάτε ποδαράκια μου, πρεπει να το δωσω ποιο νωρίς.
Εύχομαι καλα αποτελεσματα και στους υπόλοιπους!

Δηλαδή αυτό είναι που λέμε: "Invitation for Recruitment Mission"?
Μπορείς να μας δώσεις μερικά επιπλέον στοιχεία? Όπως:
- Τι βαθμό παρουσίασες στο IELTS τον Ιούνιο?
- Τι ειδικότητα και εμπειρία έχεις? Έχεις σπουδές Ελλάδα ή έξω?
- Τι σου είπαν στην συνέντευξη?
- Άλλα στοιχεία σχετικά με τον χρόνο μετανάστευσης κλπ έχεις?

Μόλις έλαβα και εγώ το γράμμα.....
Χρειάζονται IELTS Tests για μένα και την γυναίκα μου... και διαθεσιμότητα στην Αθήνα.... χάλια...
Λογικά θα πρέπει να πάω Θεσσαλονίκη αρχές Σεπτεμβρίου καθώς εκεί υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα......

ΕΡΩΤΗΣΗ.... Τελικά πρέπει και η γυναίκα μου να δώσει IELTS Test ή όχι.... από τη μία λένε να δώσει και η σύζυγος από την άλλη λένε ότι πρέπει αυτός που κάνει την αίτηση. Γνωρίζει κανείς κάτι περισσότερο...

Ενώ δεν υπήρχαν ημερομηνίες για το IELTS στην Αθήνα παρά μόνο τον Οκτώβριο... ως δια μαγείας εμφανίστηκαν για τις 7 Σεπτεμβρίου.... Πλήρωσα και έκλεισα αμέσως.... τώρα πάλι δεν υπάρχουν θέσεις... ευτυχώς πρόλαβα..... τώρα μένει να πάρω τα χαρτιά και να τα μεταφράσουν...

The Hellenic Immigrant Initiative Committee (HIIC) is working with the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) officials to help Greek nationals who wish to immigrate and work in Manitoba. This work is being done by unpaid volunteers in the Greek Community of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Because we all have other jobs, we respond to emails when we have available time during the week. Our replies are slow at this time. Please be assured that we care and we understand the severity of the situation in Greece, and will respond to all your emails.



The MPNP has changed their requirements for English proficiency. Please see the new requirements below:



1. To apply to MPNP under the South European Initiative, the following English proficiency is required:

a. IELTS of 5.0 overall (minimum), or

b. post-secondary education from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.





2. To come for an exploratory visit or be eligible for an interview during an Overseas Mission, an equivalent to IELTS score of 5.0 could also be accepted, such as Cambridge score, Michigan test, TOEFL. But If you are invited to apply to the MPNP, the IELTS test would be required.



3. To determine the CLB score (Canadian Language Benchmark) for the MPNP Points Worksheet



a. refer to: Language | Apply to Immigrate | Immigrate to Manitoba, Canada

b. select the CLB level closest to your IELTS score.

Example – an IELTS 5 overall is equivalent to CLB 5

c. Post secondary education from an English speaking country = CLB Level 8



4. Minimum Language for lower-skilled applicants
The Government of Canada requires that all provincial nominee applicants for semi and low-skilled occupations (NOC C and D) achieve in an approved language test a minimum standard of CLB 4 in English (or NCLC 4, French). NOC C and D jobs include lower-skilled workers in the trades, primary and manufacturing industries, sales and services, and certain clerical and assistant categories.



We will send another email in the next 2 weeks when we find out more about the possibility of exploratory visits or a recruitment mission.

Γειά σας!Είμαι και εγώ ένα καινούργιο μέλος!Πολλά συγχαρητήρια στα παιδια που ξεκίνησαν αυτό το forum. Ενδιαφέρομαι να μεταναστευσω στην manitoba με την γυναίκα μου το παιδί μας και το σκύλο μας και θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν κάποιος γνωρίζει τα χρήματα που ζητάει ο Καναδάς για τη visa είναι αυστηρά αυτο το χρηματικό ποσό η υπάρχει και κάτι που μπορεί να το παρακάμψει κατά κάποιο ποσοστό!και αν κάποια ύπαρξη ακινήτου παίζει ρόλο με επικαρπία γονέα!

There is some flexibility here. The MPNP wants to know that you are able to support yourself and your family, even if they join you later. So if you don't have the entire 20,000 saved, they may consider what funds you do have saved, and/or look at the market value of your Properties minus mortgages, or a combination can be considered. I would say send your documents to us (HIIC), we will prescreen and send them to the MPNP, and let me know if you are interested in an exploratory visit. They may also do another recruitment mission in Athens, but we don't know for sure."

καλημερα μαγκες,και εγω καινουργιος,κυνηγαω το hiic απο ιουνιο και εχω δυο θεματα.Εχω ζητησει exploritory visit αλλα δεν εχω καταλαβει εαν μπορεις μετα τη συνεντευξη και πριν βγει το εξαμηνο να ξεκινησεις δουλεια και να μην επιστρεψεις Ελλαδα.Και δευτερον,εχω post secondary education στο deree college που ειναι αγγλοφωνο και πιστοποιημενο σε αμερικη και αγγλια,χρειαζομαι ielts?
