Ειναι καθαρή απάτη...συνήθως στελνουν οτι ειναι εξωτερικό και πρεπει να στείλεις τα λεφτα και θα σου στειλει το κλειδι με κουριερ...υπαρχει εδω και χρονια και απορώ γιατι δεν κανουν τιποτα..
παράδειγμα προχθεσινό που μου ηρθε μιας και εγώ ψαχνω σπιτι . 490 ευρω για 67τ.μ στο κέντρο της στουτγάρδης..δλδ μιλαμε για σπιτι των 1000 ευρώ σχεδον...

It has 3 rooms : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (67m² )
My name is Viviana Begona Magro .I'm a single mother from London,United Kingdom.My husband die last year .
The apartment was bequeathed to my son from his father.We always lives here in London and we don't use the apartment from Germany.This is the reason that I decide to rent him .The apartment is in the best conditions, it is newly furnished and equipped with all the dependencies.Also the apartment is near the public transportation,a gym, and other facilities.There are no problems if you have any pets, as long as you clean up after them.
The apartment has a parking space for one car.My request is that you treat it like it was your own. I am not interested to make a lot of money from the rent as I am interested to find a tenant that will take good care of the property , because it's all that I have from my husband.
You can use my furniture, or you can also use your own if you prefer. If you decide to use yours, you can store my furniture in the large basement cellar.Also, very important, the utilities (water, electricity,Internet, digital TV,etc) are included in the rent of 490 euro.
The caution is 900 euro and you will get it back when you will move out (I will need a 30 days notice).Unfortunately, my health and ongoing treatment don't allow me to do any traveling for the next few months, so I will not be able to come and meet you personally for a while.
However, this won't affect the rental at all. I can make arrangements to have a real estate agency to handle everything for me.
I would like to know how many persons you intend to share the flat with, and for how long.
Any other details about yourself would be appreciated.
